WorldPay
WorldPay are specialised in handling secure payments over the internet. Worldpay first provided internet payment services in 1994, making it one of the first providers of such services in the world.
WorldPay only provides us with the ability to securely process online payments. They do not own or hold information about the goods/services you have ordered or their delivery status, and cannot provide refunds or cancel your order for you.
Our customers can make payments to us over the internet using WorldPays Secure Server. We accept Visa, MasterCard, & JCB. Not forgetting debit cards and local payment schemes like Maestro, Solo & Electron. WorldPay now offers a PayPal gateway so you can pay within their secure payment environment.

PayPal
Your financial details aren't shared with the seller, so you can pay online with confidence. It's free for buyers. You can choose to pay by credit card, debit card or direct from your bank. Instant payment means you'll get your item faster than if you pay with a cheque. PayPal is integrated into eBay, and now WorldPay so you can pay in just a few clicks, saving you time.

We reserve the right to wait for an E-Cheques to clear before dispatching an order.


Non Mainland UK customers - Important Info

Our website includes VAT in all prices.

There is an option for the Channel isles at the checkout where VAT can be deducted.

We charge a flat rate of £4 postage on all Channel Isles purchases.

Please note: we have 2 different delivery destination options in our shopping basket: UK Mainland & the Channel Isles.

The UK mainland option has VAT and free delivery included in the price, & covers Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and the Isle of Scilly.

The Channel Isles option has VAT deducted and a flat rate postage charge of £4.00 added - do not use this option unless you are actually living in the Channel Isles.

SSL Gateways & Payment Pages

We have an active SSL operating on our payment gateway pages this is operated by GlobeCharge.  If you have completed your payment online through the various secure payment gateways we provide access to, please remember that we do not receive your credit or debit card numbers/security codes or any other private information. WorldPay or PayPal deal with this side of your payment directly via their secure servers. The only info we will receive is a security & fraud check report, confirmation of the registered name and address & and any transaction and cart id numbers.We have this system set up to protect ourselves and our customers from any type of fraud or misdirection that can happen on the internet.

All payments made through WorldPay or PayPal are held in their secure accounts for a maximum of 28 days before being released to us, so even if your account shows payment leaving you on the day you placed your order - it doesn't mean we have been paid yet. It takes a min of 5 working days for payments to clear to WorldPay security, as well as the 28 days it takes for WorldPay to transfer the funds to us.

By clicking on the padlocks on the GlobeCharge Gateway page you will see this info showing that our Gateway page is secured by SSL and is checked daily by McAfee Secure. The actual payment page (where you supply payment details eg: card number) is run by either WorldPay or PayPal, they both supply their own SSL for the payment page.You may right click on any gateway or payment page and check the properties of that page.
