THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALES AND SPECIAL OFFER ITEMS.

All incorrectly ordered items must be returned unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging. All postage fees are payable by customer for returns & reposting.

If we send the wrong items by accident, we will of course exchange the items & reimburse any postal charges incurred by the customer.

We recommend any returned items are sent via recorded delivery, we will not be held liable for any lost/undeliverable items.

Due to hygiene reasons, we will not exchange any garment that has be worn or washed. We only supply brand new items, trying an item on makes that item 'second hand' and therefore used goods, which we can not and will not resell.
