Returns
  • THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALES AND SPECIAL OFFER ITEMS.
  • If you find that you have accidently purchased the wrong size, please email us as soon as possible to let us know & make arrangements for replacement items.
  • All incorrectly ordered items which you wish to exchange, must be returned unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • If we send the wrong items by accident we will of course exchange the items & reimburse any return postal charges incurred by the customer.
  • We recommend any items authourised for return are sent via recorded delivery. We are not liable or nor will be held responsible for items that are lost by Royal Mail.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we will not exchange any garment that has be worn or washed. We only supply brand new items, trying an item on makes that item 'second hand' and therefore used goods & therefore we will not deal with it.
  • If an item is faulty eg: seams split. Please return the faulty items directly to the manufacturers for replacement. We are happy to supply contact info if required.

Refunds
  • If for any reason we are unable to complete within our full 28 days delivery term, we will refund the total paid in full.
  • We will not refund any wrongly bought or unwanted items.  
  • We reserve the right to deduct any admin fees & postage fees that we we have already incured from processing your order if that order is cancelled through no fault of our own.
  • Cancellation of your order before our full delivery terms of 28 days are complete will incur admin fees that we have already incured by WorldPay/PayPal and the manufacturers/suppliers. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • We will not replace or refund worn or washed items that have been returned to us as 'faulty' until the manufacturer has verified this claim as true.
