All orders made by you - the customers - through the Briefs4u Ltd website site are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. If this happens we will refund any money paid, and notify you via email as to the reasons for non-acceptance and/or cancellation.

Unpaid orders will not be processed or completed. We do not follow up on any unpaid orders.

Even though payment may be shown to be taken immediately, this does not signify that the order will be dispatched straight away. WorldPay security can take up to 5 working days to competely process a payment enabling them to settle an amount. PayPal Echeques can take up to 9 working days to clear. We reserve the right to wait until a payment has been fully settled before completing an order.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders ASAP, but sometimes there is a slight delay if we are waiting for stock replenishment to arrive. We will always deliver within our delivery terms to the best of our abilities.

If for any reason we are unable to complete within our full 28 days delivery term, we will refund the total paid in full.

If an item is lost in the post, we will not replace or refund until we have had time to claim and have received compensation from the postoffice. This process can take up to 6 weeks.

Briefs4u Ltd are not responsible for failure of delivery for recorded delivery items due to uncollected packages from the customers local post office nor the subsequent 6 weeks+ delay caused by the post office returning these packages to our office. No refund will be offered for this inconvenience and we will not replace these items until the originals have been returned to us.

We will charge the full postage amount & packaging fee for reshipping failed recorded delivery items.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALES AND SPECIAL OFFER ITEMS.

We will not replace or refund any wrongly bought product that have been worn or washed, this includes 'just trying the item on'.

If you find that you have accidently purchased the wrong size, please email us as soon as possible to let us know. If you do not realise the size is wrong until delivery please email us at returns@briefs4u.co.uk within 5 days. All incorrectly ordered items must be returned unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging.

If we send the wrong items by accident we will of course change the items & reimburse any postal charges.

We recommend any returned items are sent via recorded delivery.

If you require a refund instead of replacement, we will charge all admin fees we have already incured from processing your order this amount will be deductible from your refund.

If you return your goods without valid reason for refund, a restocking charge plus the cost of postage and packaging will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation of your order before our delivery terms of 28 days are up will incur an admin fee of 5% deducted from your refund.

Due to hygiene reasons, we will not exchange or refund any garment that has be worn or washed. We only supply brand new items, trying an item on makes that item 'second hand' and therefore used goods, which we can not and will not resell.

Unless the manufacturer verifies the goods as faulty, we will not replace or refund worn or washed items.

There is a cut off period of 3 months from when your order was placed on our website, to letting us know that an item is missing, after this time we will not be able to deal with your query.
