Please read all the information below, it really does contain some very important information.

  • We aim to dispatch within 10 *WORKING* days, but our full delivery terms are 28 days.  
  • When an order is ready, it is sent out to the customer via 1st class post with an signed and date stamped proof of posting or via recorded delivery if requested.
  • All orders made by you - the customers - through the Briefs4u Ltd website site are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. If this happens we will refund any money paid, and notify you via email as to the reasons for non-acceptance and/or cancellation.
  • Even though payment may be shown to be taken immediately, this does not signify that the order will be dispatched straight away. WorldPay security can take up to 5 working days to competely process a payment enabling them to settle an amount, these funds are not tranfered until their cooling off period has passed.
  • PayPal Echeques can take up to 9 working days to clear. We reserve the right to wait until a payment has been fully settled before completing an order.
  • THE STOCK AVAILABILITY FUNCTION IS ONLY ACTIVE ON THE MEN AND WOMENS SALES DEPARTMENTS - IT DOES NOT FUNCTION ON THE WHOLE WEBSITE.
  • STOCK LEVELS FOR ALL RANGES WE OFFER ARE CONSTANTLY REPLENISHED & WE WORK ON A 1st COME 1st SERVED BASIS ONLY.
  • If you require any clarification or additional info on our terms and conditions, please contact us by email on info@briefs4u.co.uk 
  • Please shop on our website carefully, selecting the correct items, sizes and colours as required. Please note: We do not offer a try and buy service.
  • We suggest that if you are really unsure of the item/size required - to only buy a single item for trying on. This item is, of course, non-returnable but will save disappointment. You are always welcome to return to us to buy more and qualify for the multibuy offers at a later date.
  • Unpaid orders will not be processed or completed. We do not follow up on any unpaid orders.

Please note: We will not tolerate abuse, rudeness or aggression in any form from any customer.

All emails & calls are monitored, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any stage of the shopping process without notice if the customer proves to be any of the above.

We will also report any extensive or overt abuse to the police and any relevant governing bodies including your ISP. We will supply them with full names, addresses and IP addresses along with any other relevant information that is required.
